Our approach

At the centre of Plexus is our approach. We have developed a unique method of Reflect, Review and Learn, which we embed into all of our tools.


We help users take five minutes out of their day to reflect on the things that affect their mental fitness.


We collate and present users’ thoughts and actions back to them to help them review the patterns that affect their mental fitness over time.


We apply machine learning to create bespoke opportunities for users to learn about or change their situation.
