Grace

Grace is a messaging platform, helping you with your mental wellbeing in the workplace, Grace sends messages focuses on four key area confidence, challenges, positivity and usefulness. Giving you 5 minutes to contemplate your day, your digital cup of tea.

We have developed Grace around our self-developed approach of Reflect, Review, Learn, inspired by the NHS '5 Ways to Wellbeing' and some governmental reports around digital empowerment in the workplace.

Grace is currently in beta and available via the following platforms SMS (The UK only), Slack and Facebook Messenger. Grace will also soon be available via WhatsApp.

Grace - Reflect

The answers you give are collected and then represented back you via a bi-weekly email and an online dashboard; This tells you everything from what day you were most positive to how challenging your week has been.

Your dashboard allows you to delve further into your data and start to see trends and patterns over a day, week or month.

Learning & Support

This tool contains information and resources from over 20 governmental, NGO and charity websites. Split into seven easy-to-navigate and understand sections.
